The Dyment Recreation Hall has a new addition, following extensive repairs after a flood in 2022. The new addition and repairs were funded by the community and with support from the Nuclear Waste Management Organization.

The Dyment Recreation Hall is excited to announce its upcoming Calendar of Events and Activities, offering a variety of ways for residents to connect and socialize.

Starting on March 2 , the hall will be officially open every Monday and Wednesday from 1–4 PM. These hours are designed for informal gatherings where everyone is welcome to stop in for coffee, visit with neighbours, play cards, or enjoy a quiet moment in the library.

In addition to these weekly hours, the hall hosts several specialized events throughout the month. Food and fun come together on the first Thursday from 4–7 PM for Games Night.

For those looking to showcase their talents or enjoy local performances, an Open Mic session is held on the third Saturday of each month between 1–4 PM.

Monthly programming concludes with a community favorite: the breakfast buffet. Held on the last Saturday of the month from 10–11 AM , it provides a perfect opportunity to share a meal with the community.

Whether you are looking for a morning meal or an afternoon of games, the Dyment Community Hall serves as a central hub for local activity.
