Special Meeting Minutes

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 11:12 a.m. by Pat Daignault.
Community members expressed their appreciation to Sean, Pat, and Sara for preparing the community breakfast and brunch held prior to the meeting from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The event was well attended and enjoyed by the eleven community members present.
Business Arising
Park and Greenspace Maintenance Tender
Tenders for routine park and greenspace maintenance were opened. One tender was received from Sara Fischer in the amount of $185.00 per call-out. The contract includes regular park and greenspace maintenance, grass cutting, and whipper snipping.
