Active public participation plays a central role as the Deep Geological Repository for Canada’s Used Nuclear Fuel Project is moving into the federal regulatory process.
The Nuclear Waste Management Organization is inviting land users and residents in the area of Canada’s deep geological repository project to take part in a diet and land-use survey. Results will help inform local perspectives in regulatory studies.

The survey will be open until Sept. 7, 2026.
Survey participants will be provided an opportunity to enter their name into a draw for a chance to win one of 20 C$125 gift cards redeemable at local businesses (see the full rules and regulations for additional details).
