April Local Services Board of Melgund Meeting

The Local Services Board of Melgund will meet on Monday, April 20th, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Dyment Recreation Hall. The meeting will start at 6:00 for a special visit and presentations from the NWMO.

Residents are invited to join the meeting to stay up to date on local services, community projects, and other important matters. Attending provides a chance to ask questions, offer feedback, and be an active part of the decision-making that shapes our community’s future.

The NWMO will be attending the Local Services Board Meeting on April 20, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. to present information on their upcoming Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessment (HHERA) and Diet and Land Use baseline studies for the Deep Geological Repository at the Revell Site. Come out and learn about the studies they will be conducting as part of the regulatory and licensing processes.
